for your business?

Bring the decision.
We will explore the numbers.

Kishen’s background spans Big Four audit, investment banking and corporate advisory. He works with founders, owners and management teams across growth, funding, valuation and transactions.

The first conversation is about your objectives, where things stand and what useful support would look like. We agree any further work before it begins.

Before you get in touch

Your questions,
answered.

Is the introductory call free?

Yes. The introductory conversation is free and there is no obligation to proceed. It helps us understand your objectives and whether a suitable scope of support can be agreed. It is not a completed valuation, review or other professional deliverable.

What should I include in my enquiry?

Tell us what you want to achieve, the service you are considering, your business name and any important deadline. A short description is enough. Please avoid sending confidential documents or sensitive financial information through the initial form.

What if I do not know which service I need?

Choose “Not sure yet” in the form and describe the decision or problem. We can discuss which service may fit, the information needed and whether another specialist should be involved.

Who will I speak to?

Your initial conversation is with Kishen Patel, founder of Consult EFC and an ICAEW Chartered Accountant. He will discuss your objectives, current position and the questions that matter for the proposed work.

Do you work with businesses outside London?

Yes. Consult EFC supports UK businesses remotely, with communication and meeting arrangements agreed for the engagement. The registered office is in London. Please arrange any in-person meeting in advance.

Which sectors do you work with?

We are sector agnostic and work with founders, management teams and business owners. We understand technology, AI, data and software business models alongside established SME and service businesses. Suitability is assessed for the particular brief.

How are the fee and scope agreed?

If further work is appropriate, we agree the scope, deliverables, intended use, responsibilities, timing, fee and VAT treatment before the engagement starts. An enquiry or introductory conversation does not commit you to paid work.

Can I use the assessment tools before speaking with you?

Yes. The assessment tools offer immediate results and downloadable action plans without an email address. They are planning aids based on your inputs, not professional valuations, assurance reports or funding decisions. Bring any questions from your result to the conversation.
