Tell us about your situation.

What does your investor readiness service include?

The agreed scope can include a readiness review, financial modelling, KPI reporting, financial data room preparation, dilution scenarios and financial Q&A support. We identify priorities before confirming the engagement.

Do you introduce investors or guarantee funding?

This page describes financial preparation and CFO support. Investor introductions, regulated investment advice and arranging investments are not included in the advertised scope. We do not guarantee funding, a valuation or investor approval.

How early should we prepare for a funding round?

Start before active investor diligence wherever possible. The appropriate lead time depends on the reliability of your records, the complexity of the model and how much preparation is needed. An initial review establishes a realistic timetable.

Can you work with our existing accountant?

Yes. We work alongside your accountant, bookkeeper, finance team and legal advisers. The focus is on turning reliable financial information into forward-looking analysis and an investor-ready financial narrative.

Do you support SaaS businesses?

Yes. SaaS work can include recurring revenue reconciliation, retention and churn analysis, cohort performance, customer economics and cash runway. Definitions are tailored to the business and documented consistently.

How much does fundraising support cost?

Fees are scoped around the work required, the quality of existing information, the timetable and the level of ongoing support. Request a proposal for defined deliverables and an agreed fee.

Is this legal or tax advice?

The service focuses on financial preparation and analysis. Share documentation, investment terms and tax eligibility need the relevant legal or tax advice. We coordinate with those advisers where agreed.
